At the end of
May 2014, Urbandendro had a great opportunity to visit the Dobele (Latvia)
Lilac Festival (http://www.dobeledara.lv/petera-upisa-darzs/) - a
selection of Latvian lilac´s varieties (over 200 varieties displayed in
the garden) is really good.
The best time to visit is at the end of May or at the beginning of June when most of the varieties are blooming.
