The Botanical Garden of the University of Latvia, Riga (http://www.botanika.lu.lv/eng/) is established in 1922 and in 1928 they started to build a greenhouses.
For now there are (in the greenhouses) about 1640 taxons and about 30 of them are under protection.
Though greenhouses are small, there are nevertheless much to discover.
Also - lot of succulents and cacti.
If you will visit Riga, visit Botanical Garden also - it is worth of that.
